Synopsis
The clocks fall back, Giggles forgets, and he shows up to a neighborhood thing an hour off. The lost hour turns out to be a literal beige limbo where extra hours are hoarded, then a frantic beat-the-clock game show. Father Time — a sad bureaucrat — steals the hour every year because it's the only hour anyone spends with him.
