Synopsis
The Jeffersons get an above-ground pool and don't invite Giggles. He dives into his kiddie pool out of spite and surfaces in the deep-sea abyss, then gets netted into a pirate-themed chain restaurant where he and Chuckle are suddenly employees. The anglerfish villain mirrors Giggles exactly: he just wants to be invited to a pool party.
