Synopsis
Free flu shots come to the pharmacy and Giggles is terrified of the needle. He's shrunk down and injected into Chuckle's bloodstream for a microscopic adventure, then sneezed out into a sterile hospital soap opera where the boys are dramatic surgeons. A lone white blood cell who's fought alone forever just wants a teammate and a day off.
